Service Policy

DropshippingBase provides coordination and support services. The exact scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables must be confirmed for each project.

Sourcing reports

Sourcing reports may include supplier options, price ranges, MOQ notes, packaging considerations, shipping feasibility, and known risks. A report does not guarantee supplier acceptance, permanent stock, future price stability, or exclusive access.

Procurement

Procurement support may include supplier communication, order placement coordination, payment workflow, domestic receiving, photo confirmation, repacking, and shipment preparation when agreed. Product and third-party costs are separate from service fees.

Quality checks

QC support is limited to the agreed level of checking, such as photos, video, quantity review, visible-condition checks, or packaging inspection. It is not a laboratory test, certification review, full factory audit, or guarantee of defect-free products unless separately contracted.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment support may include order intake, picking, packing, label preparation, tracking workflow, and shipping handoff. Exact workflow depends on product type, order volume, storage needs, carrier availability, and destination country.

Declined projects

We may decline illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, prohibited, heavily restricted, extremely low-margin, operationally unrealistic, or high-risk products.
