These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DropshippingBase.com and any sourcing, procurement, packaging, shipping coordination, fulfillment support, consulting, communication, or related services provided by DropshippingBase (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service nature

DropshippingBase provides business-to-business support services including product sourcing research, supplier communication, procurement coordination, sample or batch purchase support, quality-control coordination, packaging preparation, and shipping or fulfillment coordination. We are not your employee, importer of record, legal advisor, tax advisor, marketplace representative, or guaranteed sales partner.

2. No guaranteed sales or profit

We do not guarantee that any product will sell, be profitable, be accepted by a marketplace, avoid returns, or satisfy every customer. You are responsible for your store, advertising, pricing, customer service, legal compliance, product claims, taxes, and destination-market obligations.

3. Quotes and fees

Quotes may include service fees, product costs, supplier charges, domestic logistics, packaging, storage, international shipping, duties, taxes, payment fees, and other third-party costs. Unless expressly stated, third-party costs are estimates and may change. Paid sourcing, procurement, and fulfillment fees compensate for professional work and may not be contingent on your final purchase decision.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate product information, destination country, expected quantity, platform requirements, packaging instructions, compliance requirements, and contact details. You must not request counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, deceptive, infringing, restricted, or prohibited products.

5. Supplier and logistics limitations

Suppliers, factories, couriers, customs agencies, and marketplaces are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their delays, refusals, price changes, stock changes, customs decisions, import taxes, address errors, or force-majeure events.

6. Intellectual property and restricted products

You must not use our services to source or ship counterfeit goods, unauthorized branded replicas, trademark-infringing goods, pirated items, unsafe items, regulated weapons, prohibited chemicals, illegal products, or goods that violate platform or destination-country rules.

7. Confidentiality

We treat product links, store details, supplier information, packaging ideas, and order workflow information as confidential business information, subject to practical sharing with suppliers, logistics providers, contractors, or service providers necessary to deliver the requested service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim, excluding product costs, shipping fees, taxes, duties, third-party charges, and lost profits.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
