A repeatable backend

Fulfillment works best after the product stops changing every week

We are most useful when you already know what you are selling and need someone to coordinate the repetitive China-side work. That can include order-file intake, supplier purchasing, receiving, repacking, label preparation and shipping handoff.

If the SKU, supplier or packaging is still unstable, we normally recommend fixing the sourcing and procurement process first.

A practical starting point A pilot batch or a small number of real orders gives both sides a chance to validate SKU matching, packing instructions, tracking and delivery expectations before volume grows.

Typical workflow

From order data to shipment handoff

1
Receive order information Orders are matched to agreed products, variants and packaging rules.
2
Prepare and check Items are picked or received, then prepared according to the agreed handling process.
3
Pack and label Repacking, inserts, labels or bundles are applied when included in the service scope.
4
Ship and track Parcels are handed to the selected shipping method and tracking is returned through the agreed workflow.

Questions buyers ask

Before you hand over fulfillment

When should I move from sourcing to fulfillment?

Fulfillment makes sense once the product, supplier and packaging workflow are stable enough to repeat. A small pilot is usually safer than moving straight into high order volume.

Can you fulfill one-off test orders?

Sometimes, but the exact workflow depends on the product, supplier and shipping method. Small pilots are useful for validating the process.

Do you integrate directly with my store?

The workflow can be adapted to common ecommerce order files and platforms, but the exact integration or manual process is agreed during setup.

Can you store inventory?

Storage can be discussed for suitable projects. Storage, handling and per-order fees are quoted separately from sourcing and procurement.
