Many ecommerce sellers can find a supplier online. The harder part is keeping the purchase accurate when specifications, quantity, packaging, payment timing and shipping instructions start changing.
Our role is to keep those handoffs organized on the China side. That can be especially useful when you are buying a sample first, testing a small batch or coordinating several items before a larger shipment.

Product, freight, duties, packaging and other third-party charges are not hidden inside the service fee.
For unfamiliar products or suppliers, a sample-first workflow can reveal quality or packaging problems before a larger purchase.
The seller remains responsible for product claims and destination-market requirements.
Carriers and customs authorities make decisions outside our control.

What is included in ecommerce procurement?
Depending on the project, procurement can include supplier confirmation, order coordination, sample or batch purchasing, agreed basic checks, packaging instructions and shipment preparation.
Are product and shipping costs included in the service fee?
No. Product cost, domestic shipping, packaging, taxes, duties and international freight are separate from the procurement service fee unless a quotation explicitly says otherwise.
Can you buy from more than one supplier?
Yes, when the project is practical. Multi-supplier purchasing and consolidation usually require more coordination and may be quoted separately.
Do you guarantee supplier stock or product performance?
No. We coordinate the purchasing workflow, but supplier stock, product performance, customs outcomes and your sales results cannot be guaranteed.
