Refund Policy

Our services involve time, research, communication, coordination, and third-party costs. Refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the project.

Paid sourcing fees

Paid sourcing report fees are generally non-refundable once research has started, because time is spent contacting suppliers, checking cost, reviewing feasibility, and preparing findings.

Procurement and product costs

Product costs, supplier payments, domestic logistics, packaging, transaction fees, and international shipping fees are generally non-refundable once paid to third parties, unless the third party provides a refund and the funds are actually recovered.

Fulfillment support

Monthly or recurring fulfillment support fees are charged for reserved coordination capacity and workflow management. Refunds are not provided for unused time unless expressly agreed in writing.

Service failure

If we cannot perform an agreed paid service due to our own inability before work begins, we may offer a refund or alternative credit. If a project becomes impossible due to supplier refusal, stock change, restricted product status, customs issue, client delay, or inaccurate client information, completed service work remains chargeable.
